2. Perused the civil application and the impugned judgment and award dated 1.10.2013.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 to 4 that respondent nos.1 to 4 are suffering from monetary distress and there is need of money for the education of respondent no.2, who is still minor and medical treatment of respondent no.4.

4. In this view of the matter, respondent nos.1 and 4 are permitted to withdraw 50% of the decretal amount in equal shares, on furnishing usual undertaking.

5. Civil Application stands disposed of.
