I have concluded the hearing in the matters. I have taken on
record the Written Submissions filed. The Plaintiffs and the society
however request that judgment not be pronounced for some time as
they are exploring the possibility of a settlement. All agree that they
may require the assistance of the Court in that settlement. They are
at liberty to apply should the need arise. If a settlement is arrived at,

and within a reasonable time, they should inform the Court
Associate so that the matter can be listed for appropriate orders.
Equally, if no settlement is possible, they should inform the Court
Associate and I will then proceed with the judgment.
2. For this reason, and at the request of the parties, no date is
yet fixed for pronouncement. At this stage, the matter is not yet
reserved for judgment.
3. All concerned will act on production of an ordinary copy of
this order.
