(2) By this application respondent no.1 is seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellants.

(3) Perused the application as well as impugned judgment and order and considering the amount involved, the application is allowed. The applicant/respondent no.1 is permitted to withdraw 75% of Rs.1,24,674/- with accrued interest thereon, on furnishing usual undertaking.

(4) The application stands disposed of.
