In our prima facie view, the issue involved in this petition is

covered by the judgment of this Court delivered on 8 th October, 2020 in

the Writ Petition No. 8643 of 2019 filed by Rajaram S. Mandale & Anr.

versus State of Maharashtra and Another annexed at pages 51 to 54 of

the writ petition. Learned A.G.P. seeks time to make a statement

before this Court as to whether the said judgment applies to this case or

not. As and by way of last indulgence, stand over to 28th July, 2021 to

be placed High on Board.
