PER COURT:-

1. Paper book in this appeal has been fled. Interim orders

have been passed by this Court long ago staying the impugned judgment

dated 23.08.2018 delivered in Petition No.A-159/2018 by the learned

Family Court at Nanded.

2. Both the parties had earlier made an attempt for mediation,

but in vain. An attempt for mediation at the High Court level has also

failed. Both the sides allege that the other-side does not desire to settle

the dischord.

3. Considering the above, as the interim relief has already been

granted, the same shall be continued till the decision in the appeal. Civil

Application No.12119 of 2018 is, therefore, partly allowed.

4. We are tentatively listing this appeal for fnal hearing on

26.08.2021, to be called out after the admission board is over.
