CORAM : PRASANNA B. VARALE &
N.R. BORKAR, JJ.
DATE : 16.07.2021. P.C. 1] Considering the fact that the proceedings in the present
matter were initiated, at the instance of the appellant agency, somewhere in the year 1996-1997, the judgment of acquittal is recorded by the learned Special Judge in the year 2001 and the appeal is of the year 2002, we deem it appropriate to call upon Mr.H.S. Venegaonkar, the learned counsel to argue this old appeal for the reason that he is a retainer of C.B.I.
2] Mr. H.S. Venegaonkar, the learned counsel prayed for some time to take instructions as well as to go through the records of the matter. Time is granted.
3] Place the appeal for fnal hearing and disposal on 26.7.2021.
