1. By this petition, the petitioners seek interest on their unpaid salaries.

2. We have perused the judgment dated 8.9.2017 delivered by this Court

in Writ Petition No.6728 of 2004 filed by Amrutraj Pratap Vyas and 12 others

(the petitioners herein) vs. Hindi Seva Mandal and others. We have also

perused the judgment dated 20.3.2018 delivered by this Court in Writ Petition

No.4352 of 2005, filed by the Teachers' Association V/s Hindi Seva Mandal

and others.

3. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 13-08-2021. The

learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of respondent nos. 3 to 5.
