1. This is an application for condonation of delay in preferring the appeal to challenge the judgment and order of conviction passed by learned Sessions Judge, Warora in Special (POCSO) Case No.5 of 2013, whereby the applicant stands convicted and sentenced to suffer life imprisonment and to pay a fine of Rs. 5,000/-.

2. Heard Ms. Sunita D. Paul, learned counsel for the applicant, appointed by the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Nagpur and Mrs. M.A. Barabde, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent/State.

3. After hearing both the learned counsel and after perusing the application, the application is allowed. The delay caused in preferring the appeal stands hereby condoned. Office to register the appeal.
