2              A motion is moved by learned Advocate Mr. Manish P. Tripathi

for speaking to minutes of the Judgment pronounced by this Court on

13.03.2019 in Second Appeal No.30 of 1988.

3 It is brought to the notice of this Court that while printing the

citation/nomenclature in respect of respondent No.2 there is typographical

mistake. Initially the respondent No.2 was minor and after he became major

the correction was made, which was in respect of deletion of the name of the

guardian only. However, in the Judgment it has been wrongly mentioned

that the name of the respondent No.2 in its entirety it is deleted. Since it is a

clerical error, it is corrected under Section 152 of the Code of Civil Procedure,

1908, as follows -

Ramling s/o Devidas Surwase, Age - 29 years, Occupation - Agril., R/o Tadwala, Dist. Osmanabad.

4 Corrected copy of the Judgment be uploaded.

5 Motion for speaking to minutes stands disposed of.
