1. Shri Jadhav, learned counsel for the applicant is absent.
Learned APP drew attention of this Court to the decision given by this
Court in Criminal Application No. 446/2019. Copy of the judgment
shows that said application was fled by the present applicants also
and when this Court had expressed that the Court was not inclined
to grant relief to the applicants, the application was withdrawn and
shown as disposed of as withdrawn.
2. In view of this, learned counsel Shri Jadhav needs to

satisfy this Court as to how the present proceeding is tenable as that
will amount to breach of provisions of section 362 of the Code of
Criminal Procedure.
3. Stand over to 25th January, 2021.
4. If nobody turns up on 25th January, 2021, the matter will
be dismissed.
