                               1.                          This is an application for suspension of
                               substantive jail sentence and for grant of bail.
                               2.                          Heard learned counsel Shri A.A.Mardikar for
                               the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri
                               K.L.Dharmadhikari for the State.
                               3.                          On 23.12.2020, this Court has already admitted
                               this revision and also called record and proceedings.
                               4.                          In respect of the present application, order is
                               passed that judgment dated 18.12.2020 in Criminal Appeal
                               No.7/2010 is suspended till today only and the bail is
                               granted. Since the revision is already admitted and sentence
                               is already suspended, in my view, this application needs to
                               be allowed. Hence, I pass following order:
                                                                                         ORDER

(1) The substantive jail sentence imposed upon the

applicant shall remain suspended during the pendency of the criminal revision application.

(2) The applicant is already released on bail.

(3) The applicant is directed to remain present before this Court at the time of final hearing of the revision.

The criminal application is disposed of accordingly.
