 PER COURT :

1. The validation proceeding is pending.

2. The undertaking is filed by the petitioner stating that if the

documents are given to the petitioner, he will not seek benefit of

reservation unless his claim is validated by the Committee. The

undertaking is taken on record.

3. The learned Counsel submits that the petitioner has paid full

fees of the college.

4. The respondent Nos. 2 and 3 may issue mark sheet to the

petitioner. The petitioner shall not claim benefit of reservation until his

caste claim is validated by the Committee. The degree certificate shall not

be issued to the petitioner unless and until the petitioner submits the

validity certificate. Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 are entitled to take further

course of action depending upon the judgment delivered by the Committee

in validation proceeding.

5. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
