1. This is an application moved by the respondent Nos.1A to 1C for vacation of stay granted by this Court on 09.01.2015. The original respondent, who was in service with the petitioner, was terminated in the year 1989. The stay is in operation from 09.01.2015.

2. In that view of the matter, I am of the view that this application is required to be disposed of. Hence, the application is disposed of as such.

Civil Application (CAW) No. 801 of 2020

1. This is an application for early hearing filed by the respondent nos.1A to 1C.

2. The petitioner has challenged the judgment and orders passed by the learned Judge of the Family Court as well as the learned Member of the Industrial Tribunal, granting reinstatement in favour of respondent no.1 - Arun Salkute, who died subsequently.

3. Respondent nos.1A to 1C, who have moved this application, will be entitled for monetary benefits, if this 2 110121caw800.20.odt

writ petition is not allowed by thi sCourt.

4. In that view of the matter, this application is allowed.

5. Place this matter for final hearing after four weeks.

6. The application is disposed of.
