PER COURT :

1. The caste claim of the petitioner as Koli Mahadev - Scheduled Tribe is

invalidated.

2. Considering the urgency in the matter, we had directed issuance of

conditional validity to the daughter of the petitioner in the Writ Petition filed by

her, based on the judgment of the Division Bench at principal seat in Writ

Petition No.7509 of 2018 dated 24.7.2018.

3. In the present case, the petitioner is in service. The proceeding of the

validity holder relied by the petitioner is reopened and the same is pending.

4. In light of that, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on

18.03.2021.

5. Till then, adverse action shall not be taken against the petitioner only

on the basis that the caste claim of the petitioner is invalidated.
