1. Issue notice to the respondent No.1, it is waives by learned

Government Pleader. There is no need to issue notice to the respondent

Nos.2 and 3, as no relief has been claimed against these respondents.

2. Heard. Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith.

3. Heard finally by consent of the learned counsel appearing

for the parties.

4. The Writ Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Respondent No.1 is directed to decide the representation

dated 09.11.2020 made by the petitioner, in accordance with law

within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of order, if not

decided so far.

Rule accordingly.
