. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. By an order dated 16 th December, 2020 this Court has

stipulated time within which the Plaintiff shall serve the

Summons for Judgment and the Defendants to fle affdavit in

reply and the Plaintiff to fle rejoinder thereafter.

3. The learned counsel for the Plaintiff submits that the

Plaintiff could not fle the rejoinder within the period of one week

from the date of service of affdavit in reply, as stipulated in the

order dated 16th December, 2020. The learned counsel for the

Plaintiff seeks one weeks further time to fle affdavit in rejoinder.

4. One weeks time is granted to the counsel for the Plaintiff to

fle affdavit in rejoinder with an advance copy to the counsel for

the Defendants.

5. The learned counsels for the Defendants submits that

though the Defendants have served the affdavit in reply on the

Plaintiff, yet the affdavit in reply has not been fled in the

Registry.

6. Liberty to the Defendants to fle affdavit in reply in the

Registry on or before 29th January, 2021.

7. List on 12th February, 2021.
