. The applicant/claimant has moved this application seeking withdrawal of interest over the amount deposited.

2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGP for the respondent/State. Perused the judgment and order dated 11-02-2016 dismissing the appeal on merit. Also perused the report submitted by the Section Officer, PLA Section submitted pursuant to order dated 13-01-2021. The amount of Rs. 81,567/- is available for disbursement towards the interest accrued over the amount.

3. In view of disposal of the appeal, the claimant is entitled to receive the amount of interest accrued over the amount

invested in the fixed deposit. In that view the application needs to be allowed. Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B.

4. Amount of Rs. 81,567/- be paid to the applicant by way of transferring in her savings bank account on furnishing particulars of bank account. The application is disposed of in above terms.
