ORDER:

1. Mr. Kale, the learned A.G.P. submits that the Tribunal, while

setting aside the recovery, also set aside the order re-fixing pay of the

second respondent. In the body of the judgment, there is no discussion as

to how the re-fixation of the respondent's pay is erroneous.

2. Learned counsel Mrs. Dhongade accepts notices for the

respondent and seeks time.

3. Stand over to 16.03.2021.

4. The respondents shall not proceed further with the contempt

proceedings as adjournment is sought by the respondent.
