1. As and by way of last indulgence, the matter is adjourned
by two weeks from today to enable the learned AGP for the
respondent no.1 to make a statement before this Court whether the
State Government will issue fresh Government Resolution and
would allow the pension to the District Judges who have retired prior
to 10th May, 2016 in conformity with the subsequent order passed by
the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 8th October, 2012. It is made clear
that if the Government Resolution is not issued or if no instructions
are received by the learned AGP whether the State Government
would issue fresh Government Resolution or not before the next

date, no further adjournment would be granted. In that event the
Court will pronounce the judgment thereafter.
2. Stand over to 12th March, 2021.
