2. Considering the challenge made to the judgment and award passed by the Reference Court, the applicant is permitted to withdraw amount to the extent of 50% deposited in this Court on furnishing undertaking and further permitted to withdraw an amount to the extent of 25% on furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and remaining 25% of the amount shall be kept in fixed deposit in any Nationalized Bank.
