initiated by the plaintiff no.2 and the interim application filed by plaintiff

no.1 seeking modification in the amount of alimony payable.

2. Today, both the plaintiffs are present. Their Advocates tender consent

terms signed by both the plaintiffs and their respective Advocates.

3. The learned Advocate for the 2 nd plaintiff-decree holder, who has

initiated the execution application, confirms receipt of a sum of

Rs.28,00,000/- in full and final settlement of all claims towards alimony

payable under the suit decree. In view thereof, I pass the following order :-

(i) The consent terms are taken on file and marked "X" for

identification.

(ii) There will be an order in terms of the consent terms in

the execution application and interim application.

(iii) Undertakings in the consent terms, if any, are accepted.

(iv) Execution Application and Interim Application stand

disposed in terms of the consent terms.
