2. Pursuant to our order dated 9th February, 2021 Mr.Jetly submits that the judgment and order dated 3rd December, 2020 has been complied with.

3. Mr.Murthy to file an additional affidavit bringing on record the developments on the basis of which the petitioner contends that the judgment and order dated 3 rd December, 2020 not been complied with.

4. Pendency of this petition shall not be a bar to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on subsequent cause of action.

5. Stand over to 18th March, 2021.
