2. The parties are husband and wife. The applicant / appellant
is challenging the judgment rendered by the Appellate Court by
which the decree of dissolution of marriage which was granted in
favour of the applicant is reversed. Thus, at present, the marriage
subsists.
3. In such circumstances, the present civil application for stay is
not competent which is disposed of as such.
