1. The learned Advocate for the appellant submits that, the

appellant seeks to challenge the impugned judgment dated

05.09.2020 delivered by the learned Special Judge, Osmanabad, vide

which, all the accused have been acquitted in Atrocity Spl. Case No.

01/2019. She submits that, she needs to rely on the R&P in the

matter, as she desires to make out a case against the acquittal of the

accused.

2. In view of the above, call for R&P in Atrocity Spl. Case

No. 01/2019 decided by the learned Special Judge, Osmanabad on

SG Punde, PA

05.09.2020. We expect the R&P to reach this Court within a period of

60 (sixty) days.
