1. The appellant/M.S.R.T.C. impugns the judgment and award passed by the M.A.C.T., Mumbai, in M.A.C.P. no.296 of 2014, seeking stay to the effect and implementation of impugned judgment and award dated 17th October 2019.

2. The learned Counsel for the appellant undertakes to deposit the amount with accrued interest within 4 weeks before M.A.C.T., Mumbai. Statement is accepted. There shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (a). If the appellant fails to deposit the amount within 4 weeks, ad-interim relief shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court.
