1 Mr. Ghosh states that the directions as contained in paragraphs

2 and 3 of the order dated 25th February 2020 has been complied with.

Mr. Ghosh states that due to lockdown, which happened in third or fourth

week of March 2020, they could not file the list of witnesses and affidavit in

lieu of examination in chief. Mr. Ghosh also states that in the meanwhile,

plaintiff has informed Mr. Ghosh that there are some more documents which

are required to be filed and they are in the process of locating. Mr. Ghosh

states that on or before 26th February 2021 plaintiff will file list of witnesses

and affidavit in lieu of examination in chief of its first witness and serve a

copy thereof upon defendants. Mr. Ghosh states that if his client is able to

locate those new documents, he shall mention about the same in the

evidence affidavit and seek leave for taking those documents on record by

explaining the reason why it could not be listed in the affidavit of

documents in accordance with the judgment of this Court in M.V. Glory I

2 As last chance, stand over to 3rd March 2021. It is made clear

that if these directions are not strictly complied with, plaintiff's evidence

will be closed.
