Nos.1 to 4 submits that he wants to check the legal position, as earlier it was

submitted that the decision in Revanasiddappa and another vs. Mallikarjun

and others reported in (2011) 11 Supreme Court Cases, 1 is pending for

consideration before the Apex Court and by the said Judgment the point has

been referred to the Larger Bench and he wants to ensure that whether the

said point has been decided by the Larger Bench or not.

referred to the Larger Bench and the learned Advocate appearing for the

respondent Nos.1 to 4 wants to ensure about whether the decision has been

given or not, a longer date is given.
