. Heard the learned counsel for the Plaintiff.

2. By an order dated 29th August, 2017 for want of prosecution,

the suit was dismissed by the single Judge. The suit came to be

restored by the Appeal Bench vide judgment and order dated 29 th

January, 2018 in Commercial Appeal No. 168 of 2017. This Court

by order dated 4th February, 2019 directed that the suit be listed

for ex-parte decree.

3. The Plaintiff shall fle an affdavit in support of the claim and

tender the original documents for the perusal of the Court within

a period of two weeks.

4. List on 25th February, 2021.
