Ms.Gonsalvez , learned Special P.P. submitted that, the State has already challenged Judgment and Order dated 22 nd August 2019 passed by the Division Bench in Writ Petition No. 1181 of 2018 and other connected Petitions before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. She further submitted that, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has directed today that, the said Petition for Special Leave to Appeal No. 21128-21129/2019 be listed after two weeks.
3. In view thereof, stand over to 18th March 2021.
To be listed under the caption of 'Directions'.
4. Ad-interim relief, granted earlier, to continue till the next date.
