1] The learned AGP informs that Office of Government Pleader

(Appellate Side) is entrusted with the matter of filing Review Petitions.

However, he clarifies that, till date, no review Petition is filed against

the common judgment dated 23/10/2015 passed in First Appeal

No.403 of 2001 and 404 of 2001.

2] Let there be affidavit disclosing aforesaid information filed on

record including the date on which proposal was submitted to Office

of Government Pleader (Appellate Side). Affidavit be filed within two

weeks, failing which court will be constrain to summon the Collector,

District Raigad to this Court.

3] Matter to come up before this Court on 23/02/2021.
