. By this Interim Application, the Applicant has sought to suspend the

substantive sentence imposed by judgment dated 04/10/2021 in Sessions

Case No.428/2016.

2. The previous Application was dismissed as withdrawn vide order

dated 03/11/2021. Learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to

amend the Application as to bring on record the circumstances under

which the previous Application was withdrawn. Leave is granted.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week.

3. Appeal be listed along with Interim Application on 10/01/2022.
