DATE : 20/12/2021 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that despite directions issued in Writ Petition No.7075/2016 for issuing validity certificate to the petitioner therein, the Scrutiny Committee in its order dated 07/12/2021 and specifically in Paragraph No.12 has observed that this judgment of High Court was contrary to the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of State of Maharashtra Vs. Milind and others, reported in 2001 (1)Mh. L. J. 1.

On perusal of the aforesaid observations, issue notice to the respondent Nos.1 to 3 returnable in three weeks.
