3 Perused the impugned appellate judgment as well as the judgment

of the trial Court. It appears that applicant-original accused has been

convicted for the offence under Section 3 punishable under section 25 of

the Indian Arms Act and has been sentenced to suffer R.I. for one year

and fine of Rs.5,000/-, in default, to undergo further rigorous

imprisonment for three months. The order of conviction and sentence

is confirmed by the appellate Court.

4 Considering the fact that the applicant-original accused has

deposited the fine amount and also the fact that during the trial he was

on bail, I pass the following order.

                                 ORDER

(i) The applicant-original accused Sandipkumar Subhashchandra

Shah be released on bail on his executing P. R. bond in the sum of

Rs.15,000/- on furnishing surety in like amount.

(ii) Interim Application stands disposed of accordingly.
