certificate has been challenged before the Caste Scrutiny

Committee, at Pune, and Scrutiny Committee, is likely to

deliver the judgment by end of December, 2021. In that

view of the matter, stand over to 14th January, 2022.

      2.   Mr.    Nakhawa,     learned             Prosecutor,      on    instructions

      submits that charge-sheet has been filed.                           Statement is

      accepted.

3. This Court on 27th February, 2019 granted interim pre-

arrest protection to the Appellant. It is in-force till

date. List the appeal for further consideration on 14th

January, 2022. Interim protection shall continue to

operate till the next date.
