 present case is covered by aforesaid judgment. In view of

this, following order is passed.

                                      ORDER

1. Substantive sentence is suspended till the

disposal of the revision.

2. Applicant be released on bail on his furnishing

P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only)

with one solvent surety in the like amount.

3. Bail in the Trial Court.
