1. Leave to amend the synospsis is granted. The

amendment be carried out forthwith.

2. Heard. Rule. Rule, returnable forthwith by consent of

respective parties.

3. We direct the respondent no.4 to treat the application

dated 16.07.2020 made to him by respondent no.3 as an

application filed by him under section 80(1) of the Maharashtra

Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 and decide the same in accordance

with law as early as possible and, in any case, within a period of

two weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner before

him.

4. The petitioner to appear before respondent no.4 on 9th

December,2021.

Rule is made absolute in the above terms. No costs.
