               .             Heard Mr. Sambre, the learned Counsel for the

Applicants/original Claimants, who are dissatisfied with the amount of compensation that has been granted in their favour by the Commissioner under Employees Compensation Act and Judge, 4th Labour Court at Nagpur. There is a delay in lodging the First Appeal. Therefore, they have filed an application for condonation of delay.

2. After having gone through the impugned Judgment, I am of the view that the liberty has to be given to the Applicants to file the Appeal.
