yet taking into consideration the judgments, which are under challenge
in the second appeal and now the parties proposed to divide the
property, especially the plaintiffs, whose ownership and possession was
not upheld by the Courts below, are stated to be getting 149 R land from
the southern side. Both the learned Advocates to address this Court
regarding registration required in respect of compromise decree, if it is
accepted by this Court.
