of 5 years and 314 days in filing Appeal against the judgment and

order dated 25th November 2013 passed by Learned civil Judge, Senior

Division, Panvel, Dist. Raigad in LAR No. 219 of 2008.

3. Learned AGP for the State, Mr. Dabke, seeks time to file reply in

the matter. Accordingly, time is granted for filing reply. Reply to be filed Nikita Gadgil 1 of 2
