2. By this application, Applicant seeks condonation of delay of two

years and sixty three days in filing Appeal against the impugned

judgment and award dated 7th August 2017 passed by the learned Civil

Judge, Senior Division, Nasik in application under Section 18 of the

Land Acquisition Act in LR No. 226 of 2010. Learned counsel for the

Applicant submits that in similar matters in respect of the same project

notices have been issued.

3. In this view of the matter, issue notice to the Respondent,

returnable on 17th September 2021.

4. Learned AGP, Mr. Dabke waives service for Respondent No.10.

private service and file affidavit of service with tangible proof by the

next date.
