Heard.

2. Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. These writ

petitions are heard finally with the consent of the learned counsel

for the respective parties.

3. Along with the petitioners, the petitioners are aggrieved

by the inaction of respondents to take decision as regards the

proposal submitted by these petitioners seeking enhancement of

intake capacity for the RANM and RGNM courses run by the

petitioners.

4. Shri Sudame, learned counsel for respondent No.2, on

instructions, submit that an inspection shall be taken by respondent

No.2 and report of the inspection with necessary

suggestions/recommendations shall be sent by respondent No.2 to

respondent No.1, within a period of six weeks from the date of the

order.

5. Learned AGP submits that if the report is received from

respondent No.2, sufficient time be given to the respondent No.1 for

taking appropriate decision on the report. In view of above, we

direct the respondent No.2 to carry out the inspection and send the

report thereof to the respondent No.1, in accordance with law,

within a period of six weeks from the date of the order. We further

direct that respondent No.1 shall take appropriate decision on the

report, in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from

the date of the receipt of the report. The petitions are allowed to

this extent.

6. The writ petitions are disposed of in the above terms.

No costs.

Rule is made absolute in the above terms.
