Learned counsel for the petitioners submits, on instructions, that no decision as yet has been taken by respondent No.2 in compliance with the directions issued by this Court on 10.03.2021. Nobody is present for respondent No.4, although duly served with notice.

By way of last chance, keep this matter on 30.08.2021, and if no response is given in the meantime, this Court shall proceed to decide the matter considering that respondent Nos.4 and 5 do not wish to dispute the proposition that case of the petitioners is squarely covered by view taken by this Court in several judgments including judgment rendered in the case of Suresh Raghoba Bhowate Vs. State of Maharashtra and Ors., Writ Petition No.6116 of 2014, decided on 16.12.2014

and Sanjay Ramkrushan Waghmare and Ors., Vs. State of Maharashtra and Ors., Writ Petition No.5419 of 2018 , decided on 14.02.2019.

Put up the matter for final disposal on 30.08.2021.
