2. By this application, Applicant is seeking stay of the judgment and

award dated 13th June 2018 passed by the Learned Civil Judge, Senior

Division, Nashik in LR No. 341 of 2017. Learned counsel for the Applicant

submits that the reference pertains to Mukne Dam project in respect of

which several Appeals have been filed in this Court.
