. Mr. Thorat, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that

Petitioner is in the zone of consideration for the promotional post of

Peon. The Petitioner is working as a Kotwal in the Tahsil Office. Because

of the non-submission of validity, the Petitioner is not considered for the

promotional post. The validation proceeding is pending since 2014. The

vigilance is not yet conducted.

2. Learned AGP accepts notice for Respondent No.1.

3. The Petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 30 th

August, 2021.

4. The Committee may endeavour to decide the proceedings

by 30th November, 2021 considering that the matter is pending before it

since the year 2014.

5. Depending upon the judgment delivered by the Committee,

the employer may take further steps.

6. Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
