While we have briefly heard the submissions of the learned Advocates of the respective sides, we came across a judgment delivered by this Court on 4th September, 2018 at Aurangabad in Writ Petition No.1986 of 2016 filed by Youvraj Namdeo Khaladkar & ors. vs. The National Highway Authority of India, Ministry of Road Transport and Highway's, Through its Secretary & ors.. By an order dated 26 th February, 2021, this Court allowed Review Application No.177 of 2019 filed by the competent authority vs. Youvraj Namdeo Khaladkar. The said petition is said to be pending. The same pertains to our assignment.

2. As such, list the present petition with Writ Petition No.1986 of 2016, on 2nd September, 2021.
