2. The validation proceeding is pending. The vigilance is conducted. The petitioner has not filed say to the vigilance report on the ground of ill-health.
3. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 31.08.2021 and file say to the vigilance report.
4. The Committee shall thereafter, decide the validation proceeding on its own merits, in accordance with law and preferably within a period

of four (04) months from the date of filing of say to the vigilance report.
5. Depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceeding, the employer may take further steps.
