1. By order dated 20th September, 2019 the court directed the

respondent to file a reply at that stage it is submitted that a Special

Leave Petition had been filed against the order dated 19 th June,

2019 which dismissed the Notice of Motion seeking stay of

execution of the impugned award. That order has now attained

Digitally signed by finality since the SLP was dismissed on 2nd December, 2019.

2. The learned counsel who appears for the respondent-judgment

debtor is unaware of the facts. He states that Mr. Ansari appears

in the matter and that Mr. Ansari is busy in another court. He has

submitted that there is a draft affidavit which is ready and that he

will comply within two days. This compliance is in respect of the

directions passed on 20th September, 2019.

3. In view of the learned counsel's statement on instruction of Mr.

Ansari that the order of 20th September, 2019 will be complied.

Let such affidavit be filed by 17th August, 2021 in the registry.

4. S.O. to 26th August, 2021.

5. In the meantime, Mr. Ansari who has now appeared in court is

directed to furnish the names and addresses of all Directors of the

respondent by end of day tomorrow 13th instant in the registry

and to the other side.
