1] This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal challenging judgment and order of conviction passed in Sessions Trial No. 179/2019 by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mehekar, District Buldhana dated 20/03/2020 whereby the applicant is sentenced to suffer imprisonment for life for committing offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The delay is of 250 days.

2] After hearing the learned advocates for the respective parties and after perusing the application, we are satisfied that the delay needs to be condoned. 3] Hence, we pass the following order :-

(a) The application is allowed.

(b) The delay in filing the appeal stands condoned.

(c) Office is directed to register the appeal.

4] Shri D.A. Sonwane, Advocate is entitled for professional charges for drafting and arguing this application for condonation of delay and we quantify it at Rs. 750/-
