1. This is an application for condonation of delay in preferring appeal challenging the judgment and order of conviction passed in Special (POSCO) Case No.189/2019 dated 20.01.2021 by the learned Special Judge, Mehkar, District Buldana. The delay is of 95 days.

2. Heard Shri P. H. Khobragade, learned counsel for the applicant, appointed by the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur and Ms M. A. Barabde, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent/State.

3. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Delay in filing the criminal appeal is hereby condoned.
