Motwani, learned counsel for the petitioner invites attention to the communication dated 03.06.2021 issued by the petitioner in which it is stated that the actual dues receivable by the petitioner are only Rs.12,50,517/- and not Rs.21,50,517/- as quoted in paragraph 4 of the judgment in Writ Petition No.2466/2020.

Issue notice to the respondent returnable in four weeks. Private service is also permitted.
